Worst experience I've had with Bed Bath and Beyond. I moved into my apartment yesterday expecting to have packages waiting for me (I was told with my online order that they'd be in by June 1st) with the stuff I needed THAT day, then was told it wouldn't be in for two more days AT THE EARLIEST. Then I had to buy extra stuff there (bedding and a few other things) because the items that I had already purchased didn't arrive when they said they would. In the end, I had to pay another arm and a leg for things I had already purchased earlier because I couldn't make it three more days without them.
This store is so filled with perfume smell that it has given me asthma attacks when I try to go inside. I have tried blocking my face to walk inside and buy something, but the packaging and product stank like the perfume/air freshener that they spray throughout the entire store. As someone who is sensitive to smells I cannot shop here.
I love this store.
