I called Rob Stubbins twice, once to install a whole-house standby generator with automatic switch, and once to add a timer to take advantage of my special electric rate program from GMP in Killington. On both projects I found they returned calls promptly, and while at my home were very courteous, answering my twenty (maybe more) questions on how to operate these new gadgets. Turns out that they set them up so both gadgets operated seamlesly after installation and I haven't had to touch them at all. Best part is I've never even noticed most power failures except for the text alerts from GMP.
