The quality of the jewelry and the superior customer service make this the only place I'll shop for jewelry.

If this was a car, it would be called a lemon. But in this case, I called it a "Jew". I am not a racist and I have nothing against people from different races, color or religion. But their behavior is exactly what they are so famously known for all over the world - cheap, cheating and misleading.

I have been always kindly treated at the studio by Ellias and his staff or at least before the purchase.

I purchased another setting and they just mounted the diamond on top. It worked as a back up plan because I was supposed to fly out to Prague the next morning where my then-girlfriend and I got engaged.

I am about too go to the Rutland ,Vt store and have a pin replaced in my citizens eco drive that has been sitting around for two years now because the pin fell out of the band. I have always been treated with respect and fairly in that store, and the staff have always been wonderful. I hope there has been no changes too the staff or management . So my rating is based on past experiences only. Open to possible editing after my visit shortly. Well I was right in my earlier statement. They were wonderful, and went above and beyond for me to fix my watch. Because it was not an easy fix,and it took them so long to be able to fix it,they said" I was all set" when I returned for my watch.

I couldn't even believe what I was hearing. The same diamond that I bought from them for $4000 was worth only $1000. I know that buy and sell prices are not equal but holding the original receipt for $4000 and being offered $1000 exceeded my wildest expectations.

I know that I am never getting my money back but if I can help others and make them turn away and go elsewhere, I will feel much better.

I wanted a custom made engagement ring and I brought in a couple of pictures with me to show what I exactly wanted. I was told that this is not going to be a problem but the result was totally shocking. There was no computer modeling or design and as much as I appreciate good craftsmanship, the ring was a total disaster!

I am extremely disappointed and I would never purchase another piece of jewelry from Hannoush.

I refused to sell it back to them because I didn't want to allow them the opportunity to make another $3000 profit from something that turned out to be worth only 25% of its stated value.

I have never experienced anything but top notch service, outstanding quality, and extremely fair pricing from Ellias and the entire team. We have shopped at Hannoush for many years purchasing "off the shelf" as well as custom work done by Karen and Ellias. Never a problem, in fact they have gone above and beyond.

This Hannoush is the epitome of exceptional customer service. I bought my wife a ring for her Birthday here shortly before they were closing. The ring needed to be sized and would be available to pick up the next day. Instead of having to wait until the next day the owner personally drove the ring to us and delivered it where we were having dinner on the opposite side of town!

I brought my husband's gold bracelet in to have the clasp repaired. The final quote I received was $75 to replace bad links and the clasp. I went to pick it up last night and the bill was only $50 and they'd even polished it up nicely for me. I loved Hannoush when they were in the Diamond Run Mall and now I'll make it a point to go to their new location more often!

I called Ellias to tell him what the problem is and he advise me to stop by a local Hannoush store for re-evaluation. I got the original receipt and I went to the main Hannoush store in Cincinnati, Ohio. The diamond was send directly to the owner of the Hannoush franchise (or least that was what I was told) and he came back with a buy-back offer of $1000.

Having two businesses in the area we can appreciate the time and training it takes to create a team as professional and friendly as this one. You certainly picked the right people for the job. Thanks to you all.

After an year or so, neither one of us was happy with a back up ring so we decided to remount it to a more suitable ring. We went to another jewelry and this is when things got very unpleasant.

It turned out the diamond was off by at least two categories on all four "C" and not only that but the color instead of "G-I" was a TLB (top light brown) which doesn't even fall under the white diamonds category.

We agreed that I would pay for the diamond only and I paid $4000 for an uncertified 0.98 carat loose diamond while a GIA certified diamond with the same characteristics was slightly over $5500 at the time. Ellias told me that he was able to get it from a trusted source and save me some money by not purchasing a certified one ... that was such a LIE!!!
