They cancelled my showing of Alien: Covenant, because they delayed the start of the previous screening. They didn't let me know until I was at the theater (I had purchased my ticket online) plus they didn't even update their website. They could have had my screening's start slightly delayed as well (that would be understandable), but they just outright cancelled it.
My first time to see a movie in Vermont with my spouse and the ticket person sends us to the wrong theatre. There is no usher to take our tickets and tell us where to go. There are no signs above the doors to tell us what movie is in the theatre we go into. We sit there through tons of commercials and previews before some other movie starts. We think it is another movie preview before realizing it is an entirely different movie than we wanted to see. So we already missed at least 20-30 minutes of the movie we came to see. I doubt we will ever come back..
Plus, the staff acted haughty and arrogant when they explained the situation to me. Go to the cinema in Manchester or Bennington instead, at the very least those two have friendlier staff.
Actually the seats have all been replaced, the entire theater looks so much nicer. It's a pleasure to go to the movies again:)
Went to see Kong 9 days after the release so that I could use my fundraiser booklet for the free ticket. I got there and they wouldnt let me use it because it has to be 14 days for that one specific movie. Would have been wonderful to know that before I got there, or had they follow the written rules on the back of the booklet.
One of the only theaters to have multiple options for deaf and hard of hearing patrons. A big improvement on the nothing they had a few years back.
