The owner does not stand behind their work and refused to try and offer any resolution.
So if you're hiring them for labor, know that they do not warranty their work for safe transit unless you hire them to drive the truck.

Had a 5 star experience until we unloaded the truck and discovered furniture destroyed by massive weight stacked on top of it.
Freight company will not cover the loss due to "poor packing "
