My skin was crawling I was so pissed off. This lady was terribly rude and a total idiot. I'm astounded that such a person is working a government job where you interact with people.
I called looking for a certain person and when the lady picked up all she said was "Rutland". I didn't understand so I was like "Hello?" She said it was the rutland state police barracks. I told her I was looking for a so-and-so. She repeated the name back to me, and I said yeah. She then said, "okay, well what's that got to do with me?"
"Well, I was hoping you could transfer me?"
Very rude officers and dispatchers who certainly forgot their role as a public servant. If you ever need any assistance from this department you will have the best luck setting yourself on fire, otherwise they won't give you the time of day because they are too busy dealing with "fires and accidents". The incompetence of the department should cause concern for it's citizens.
