My family has been doing business with Sensible Shoe for over 20 years. The service, the selection and the friendly and familiar manner we've come to expect is a constant. Other shoe stores have come and gone. Big chain stores and mall outlets, just cannot come close to the experience that Sensible Shoe provides. We love getting advice on shoes, and expect that a professional will help us get the right fit, for the right activity, at the right price. The staff is the same, so when I make a purchase, I'm dealing with an old friend. If a product fails, I have an advocate at Sensible Shoe to help me get reparation. The have a record of all the shoes, my family has purchased and I can call up and re-order a favorite shoe and know they will call when the shoe comes in or they will ship it, like they did when my daughters were away at college. What can I say? They are the best.

Horrible customer service bought a pair of shoes same ones i always buy for some reasons they sid not fit as comfortable as the old one tried return 4 similar item told me since i had wore them half a day which basically lunch break had to go home get out of they wouldn't take them back or exchange them 120 dollars down trash. Long time customer ill never b going back now.
