I truely love comming here its finacially fitting when it comes to the bill.. Recently had to put a loved one down..with just the info i gave them i was prejudge and over heard a conversation (was not put on hold proporly)...
Everyone is extremely kind and caring, except old Esther at the front desk... shes less than pleasant, always has, always will be... but shes not the one who is taking care of my animals, so i look past it...but it would be nice to be greeted with a warm smile every once in awhile...
first time ruined my dogs leg second time gave my dog a shot for no good reason
This clinic is the kindes, most helpful, compassionate, altruistic animal care facility I've ever experienced. They truly care about your fur babies. They understand financial difficulty & work with you if needed so your pet gets the care s/he needs. They're incredibly helpful in making sure your questions are answered & meeting the needs of you and your pet. They're very personable & fun loving people. The vet, Dr. Ray, is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, & prompt in addressing any and all matters surrounding your pet. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet ❤❤❤
this vet has been caring for angel since she arrived in vermont from florida..they take very good care of her..wouldnt take her any where else
