James got my car in to be looked at on day one. I had it dropped off by AAA on Sunday night and he was able to have a tech look at it on Monday. They were very accommodating in trying to save me money by having the starter rebuilt at a local shop instead of putting in a brand new one. He kept me informed of the progress and costs and was open to my suggestion of having the part rebuilt as opposed to brand new. That is what I call great service. Keep up the good work. Sorry I didn't get to meet you when I picked up the vehicle; you were out that day. I appreciate everyone. :)

This was a fantastic car shopping experience! Our sales associate, Valerie was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also very personable. She was genuinely concerned with helping us find exactly what we wanted and showed us several options within our budget. When we decided on "the one" Valerie walked us through each part of the process and truly made it a non stressful experience overall. I would recommend Aldermans for the multitude of vehicle options they have but more so for the exceptional sales service they provide through their associates like Valerie.
Chris Doyle was my salesman, he was thorough and well versed on the Buick Encore. The process, although a tad long was successful. I am leasing my Encore, I got it a year ago, I had just moved to Vermont and wanted something better for the snow. It is a pleasure to drive and I think it does a really good job in the Shrewsbury snow! I have been to the service department for 2 oil changes, and a tire issue, the people there are great, very friendly and helpful. In general, I would highly recommend Alderman's and I plan to go back!
