My transmission failed and Garvey Nissan was great by fixing it and getting it back to me in a timely manner. I don't live in the area so I was communicating by phone. I picked the car up after hours. When I got my report back I saw that my breaks were failing. They never told me over the phone. If they would have told me I would have kindly asked them to fix them since it was very convenient for me. Instead, I went to my local mechanic and he fixed them for about $600. I didn't have my car for about 2 days which was inconvenient. 2 months later my axle boots are destroyed. I brought it to my local mechanic and he said that when I got my transmission replaced they should have noticed that my axle boots were failing and either fixed them or let me know. This will cost me $1000. I am very displeased by this outcome. I called the dealership and corporate and they said there is nothing they could do.
Excellent experience everyone especially Damian was very helpful. Got me in a vehicle the same day with a great deal. Couldn't ask for better customer service from anyone! I will definitely be back for more of their great service.
What a great experience. Garvey worked with me because I don't have good credit. They were patient and understanding. They got me into a new vehicle in a short period of time. I highly recommend Damien, he was great.
