Enterprise Car Rental has always done great work with me. The agents in Rutland were excited to help me with my rental. Honestly I am glad to see companies like Enterprise making a marginal profit enough to be competetive with Greyhound and Amtrak. I would rather rent a one way vehicle than suffer with the populas that rides Greyhound and Amtrak. I just hope Enterprise can keep the pace and continue to do good work without being a corporate loser.... Thank you.
In my last couple recent rentals at several different locations I have had trouble in getting my receipts on my rentals after I return the car in. On one instant it took over a week to get a copy of the receipt. On another rental it took a couple of phone calls and no receipt and then finally had to send a email to customer service to get a receipt email to my personal account. Other than that the cars are great they're clean their nice and would highly recommend Enterprise to anyone and everyone. On the other hand when returning a car to the site promptness is not the most expeditious point of the paperwork for this company. Thank you
