We could have easily ordered everything online. Instead, we opted to support a local business and we were met with rude comments about how we should have bought the camera from them. Simple questions about whether the SD card that *they carried* would work with our cameras were met with snippy, immature jabs at our camera's origin. It felt like we were wasting their time - well, I can say for sure we won't be wasting any more.
We ended up buying our cameras online for cost and ease of comparison, but when we went to Phototec to buy accessories we realized we made a mistake.
