My dad bought me a sound system from Terry's audio for my 18th birthday all the way back in 2008. I still have the same system! Terry's Carey's quality name brands and installs at a good price. Since having the system installed in 2 different vehicles I have had a a couple instances where system stopped working. Each instance I have brought it back to Terry's and he trouble shoots and fixes the problem on the spot. Free of charge! Just goes to show what kind of business man he is. I would recommend anyone goes to Terry's to have a good car audio experience.
Went in the other day just to get a few spade terminals which were only $.50 a piece so $1.00 total and I went to give him my debit card and he told me not to worry about it and gave them to me for free, after going back out to my car I found a dollar in my car and went back in and paid for them but still it was a great gesture and something simple like that shows me what kind of business man and upstanding business he runs. Ill forever be a customer of Terrys audio. Also has a ton of great products. Its a one stop shop for anything car audio in my opinion. Thanks a bunch Terry!!!
I bought a car a few months ago that had products installed by Terry and his team. I was having issue with the car starter, I stopped in to ask for help. They helped me right out, turns out the battery was dead in the remote. They changed it and showed me how to start the car with the remote and set me on my way. Great customer service! I will be back for sure!!
