Great staff very professional!
I brought my leather jacket to have patches attached. These patches are representative of everywhere I travel, thus this jacket is extremely important to me. Not only did Lenoci's charge me triple what I was charged at "Country on the Common" in Chester, Vermont, but they made an obvious mistake in arranging my patches and then blamed it on me and refused to fix it without charging me. They are very set on their ways and not willing to serve the customer properly.
Brought in my favorite, worn down boots & now they look better than new! I will definitely go back to repair all other shoes.
