I called the Pet Palace today for my 6 mo old German Shepherd Magnus and I was able to get in at the last minute. It was a relaxed atmosphere so my dog who had had a bad experience at Petco and has been afraid of the groomer in the past was able to relax. She did a fantastic job on his coat and his nails and called me in a little over an hour to pick Magnus up. He looked and smelled beautiful and was so calm he even layed down and tried to go to sleep on the floor LOL. Magnus will definately be going back in a month and I even recommended The Pet Palace and Day Spa to my future mother-in-law for her dog. Wonderful, friendly service and fantastic rates! Thank you!
My 2 dogs visit the Pet Palace in Rutland, Vermont regularly. Michelle does a great job caring for the animals at the Pet Palace. We use her dog-sitting services very often and our dogs are always happy to see Michelle. Our dogs have some special needs (one is diabetic and one is deaf) and Michelle takes care of them perfectly. We never worry when the dogs are in her care. And her grooming service is great - we gets lots of compliments about how good our dogs look!
